The following Return Policy governs returns for items purchased on mancaveideas.com (the “Website”). Please review the following carefully so that you understand our return policy.
We are sorry but there are no refunds for purchased items, unless your product is delivered to you damaged or broken as a result of the shipping process.
Products that have been personalized or customized cannot be resold. Prior to finalizing orders for personalized items, Man Cave Ideas will contact you by email to confirm the precise text that you have requested. All sales for customized items are final unless your product is delivered to you damaged or has been broken as a result of the shipping process.
Items Damaged or Broken in Shipping
If your item is delivered damaged or broken as a result of the shipping process, we will either ship you a replacement as quickly as possible after you notify us of the damaged item, while covering any additional shipping costs involved, or offer you store credit of equal value.
PLEASE NOTE: store credit will only credited to you following our receipt and inspection of the damaged items.
You must notify us of any damaged goods within five (5) days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
If your product is delivered damaged or broken as a result of the shipping process, you must also provide us with photographs of the condition of the items and shipping container and all damage and contact us as detailed above with your order details so that we may coordinate and begin the return process.
